its a pleasure that people recognize my worth and nominate me for awards . i’m now nominated for Creative Blogger Award

Yea my blogs are in a way different as i have written on brainstorming topics recently .

so the rule of this award say i need to share few facts about me .I can go on writing pages together but I should be restricting it to 5

below are the 5 facts

1. My Mom used to call me angry young man. I still am. However, took a lot of time to channelize it in a proper way
2. I never like someone hurting my self-respect.
3. I am self-motivated, resilient, person who believes in Growing, learning and moving ahead even if no one did. self-belief ,and being leader in my own role make be this way.
4. I’m a rebellion who has his own principles and moralities in life. I do not follow any rituals or customs blindly until I understand why it is followed. I need to know the importance and scientific reason behind every custom being followed because I do not support blind belief.
5.  I plan my own personal finance and I believe everyone should be financially literate. I keep sharing whatever I know with the people I interact with. my theory is simple -> knowledge shared is knowledge gained

My Answers to unanswered questions

A dear friend of mine asked me to answer this question long back which I failed to answer then. So here below are my answers

• What is blogging according to you?

Blog can be a reflection of your personality, thoughts, ideas, experience, expressions .for me blogging is sharing all these. A knowledge-sharing medium.

• Who is your role model for blogging?

I never had any role model but yes, there are people in my organization who inspired me to start a blog. I started to share information that people hardly thought of sharing.

I started with personal finance info.

I heard people demotivated by criticism, mocked by the other set of so-called English genius and just wanted to motivate them hence wrote few article to uplift their confidence level.

I wrote technical stuffs. That way it helped others and me to learn and share new things.

In addition, slowly I am studying corporate dynamics and trying to share innovative ideas for being better at workplace.

• 2 things that changed your life

Life has always been a greatest teacher. 2 things that changed my life was dropping my bachelors in engineering and losing my parents. Both were challenging phases of life.

• How do you respond to criticism?

I usually do not lose my cool on criticism because of the fact that people are going to judge you anyway but yeah I do respond back with my opinions on their opinion. I do not wish the disagreement to become an argument.but yeah there were many a times i have become impulsive too

• 2 books which remain fresh in your memories.

Oh well I read a lot. I started with a book called “adventures of tom sawyer “,”uncle tom’s cabin “

I can keep on listing like “who will cry when you die”, “a walk to remember” so on and so forth

• One Movie, which you suggest everybody to watch-

Ah! Well I will give you ample movies to watch.

Rocky series, pursuit of happiness, Troy , a beautiful mind, dirty rotten scoundrels, ace Ventura , IP Man, Ong Back2 , Forrest Gump , etc.

• Your favorite blogging platform. Why?

It has to be WordPress. I have blogger account but I liked WordPress because of the customization option I have in admin panel.

Themes are good

Easy follow option

Greater visibility

Widgets are incredible

What do you have on your walls??

Somewhere i saw the daily prompt asking to write a post on the things which we have on our walls .

well there are few things which i never want to remove them from walls like :

My family collage photo frame : it has so many photos of all my family members and friends . so many memories from childhood to recent days are so beautifully captured and made a collage . this makes me happy seeing it .
The more I see it the more I feel loved and blessed to have such a wonderful life with so wonderful people around me.

Photo Frame of my Awards : there are couple of  certificates of appreciation i have on my wall which ,when i look at it makes me feel proud and realize my potential within .

Lessons of Life : In one of the corners i have this Fabulous posters with some Quotes on it which keeps me inspired all the time .This Keeps changing .you feel having positive energy around you reading those quotes.

A daily checklist in some corner:

I have this checklist just to ensure everything is OK before i leave to my office . another way of ensuring my electricity bill doesn’t give me a shock this month . haha 🙂 you can judge me on my methods but it helps me.

How i started Blogging

I started this journey of blogging around 3 years back. I was a popular blogger in my organization where there were internal blog sites and I was named as “Most informative Blogger

But when I started I dint know what topics to write on. and I say serial love stories , photography blogs , fiction blogs were  floating around and if I selected these genre I would have been yet another story teller in huge crowd .

Then I thought I aint a crowd follower but I had an urge to share some valuable much information which no one did there. And I had this interest in personal finance

I started to share my thought on Money Management. I was initially criticized, made fun of, I got sarcastic comments and there were only 2 to 3 people who would show interest.

But I did not stop there. I kept sharing and gradually over a period of 45 days people started liking it as it was much valuable information I was providing which was helping them understand their cash flows , investments , savings , risk factor So on and so forth .

I used to get responses like this:

@Sup, at this age I think you should enjoy life.. Not to worry about financial details…

And I simply used to reply

“Thanks. I do enjoy as well as I’m responsible enough to meet a many financial and personal goals.. If not me, who else will support me reaching that
I enjoy present also and I keep myself secured financially for a rainy day also”

Sometimes there were heated up arguments on my methods and their thought process. But as days passed on, people started liking my post, my Ideas.

I did blog about lot of other topics as well. Every time I blogged I got wonderful response and gradually I became a little more popular.

Now that I wanted to share was that It was a fruitful decision of starting a blog and my organization gave me certificate of achievement and awarded me “Enterprise Blogger of the year”.

So this is it . keep writing Keep sharing .

1.What is the meaning of your name?

Well to be honest i never actually thought much about what could be the meaning . well “Preet” means Love “su”- refers to good

2. What’s the first scene that comes to your mind when you think of the word PEACE?

The first thing which comes to my mind is greenery , the mountains , or sometimes my home when i’m all alone .

The best compliment you have received so far.

hmm . actually it isn’t fair if i mentioned only one so i will mention couple of compliments which i liked

a)” i am blessed to have a mentor like you in my life who constantly brings me back to ground zero whenever i get out of control. (Not many ppl can control me and my weirdness) 😉 I hope someday when your name will be etched in the hearts of millions of people in the world i would take the opportunity to write something about you so that people will get to know an amazing personality like you and i get some “fame” for telling people about u…”

Your favorite music group and your reason for liking them?

well liked backstreets boys just for the melodious songs they gave us , Linkin park , Beatles, our own Indian band Led by  “Raghu dixit” i like raghu dixit music because it touches my soul by the freshness in the music , folk elements in the music and energy in it .

That one quality you wish you had in you?

i wish i had this Quick memory and ability to play with numbers as quick as shakuntala devi . i cannot think of anything else at this moment .

6. The best meal according to you?

our very own south Indian specialties like Idli-vada, i dont like much of sandwiches and pastas .. yeah i like ragi bowl which is very famous in Rural India . the best food .

Give in or bow out? What’s important to you?

i hardly bow out . unless its excruciatingly painful and unbearable situation . but i never let that hope die inside me . i will prefer Giving in

Describe your life in one sentence?

a roller coaster ride . the best teacher for you

Best friend or many friends and why do you think so?

Books. the more i enjoyed being with and learned from it . it never left me alone and always helped me towards betterment . ofcourse other is my brother

Your Motto in life?

to rediscover all hidden potential within me , inspire as many as lives  i can and spread the knowledge .to be a leader in my own role .  to Travel around the world to visit most of the historic and beautiful places . traveling teaches you more than Harvard university
